Information Page, >Everything you might want to know.

So, this part is pretty much going to be things we have been asked. And also, some info for ya folks! Its not that I wouldn't answer them over and over again for everyone who ask. I just wanted to go ahead and do it anyways.
First lets start off with the most asked question. Where are we located? We are in Warren OH 44485. We can meet in ares near by if need be. But, most of the time we allow adopters to come to us.

-Do you have a contract?-
[Right now they are not written up. Once I have the time to write them up, Promise i will post them]
YES, We will start having people do contracts. PET AND BREEDER contracts only. Feeders have no contracts.
-Why do you have contracts?-
Because, with "PET HOMES" that's just what they are being adopted out as. As a pet. Which means, no breeding! I adopt out some rats as pet only. Same thing goes for "BREEDER" Contracts. They will be agreements between me and the adopters/breeders. Nothing to much just little things that we both will agree on. Contracts with be notarized and a copy will be mailed to the adopter.

-What are your prices?-
Same sex pairs: $40 pets / $50 breeders
Breeding pairs {Depending on the type of rat}
$40-$60
Single Rats{Even though we don't like doing it}
$20-$30
Feeders are not priced the same as these rats.

-Do we take in rat{s} that we adopted out?-
YES, We will never turn down any rat{s} that came from us. We also will have this stated in our contracts.

-Do we do rat for rat trades with other breeders?-
YES, we do give other breeders this choice also. It is not something we do a lot.

-Do we give lineage?-
Yes, we don't mind sharing the lineage.

-Why do you breeder for feeders?-
Well to put it simple, all animals need to eat. We do not breed alot for feeders to be honest. I post on my page when I have feeders available.

What We Have "In The Works!"

2025 Lines we are working on. Some are in the works and are fairly new to us, Most lines wont be open to just anyone. But, here is what we are working on, (Please note that some lines can be ended at any minute! We are working toward bettering them, and we have no problem ending a line that we feel isnt doing as such.)

  • Marten Line!

We started working on our martens in 2024. The line had came from a feeder breeder. Who was breeding their rats towards healthier feeders for pet snakes. They was also a trusted friend of mine for years and they have worked on the martens for a few years before me. I myself am only one my fourth gene. There is Mink, RB, and Black in the line so far. My martens fade alot, I myself honestly like the fading, So, yes I do lean more towards them for my line. With that said, they may start off dark as babies but, the colors fade as they grow and get older and always turn out way lighter when fully grown. Im also trying to work on the temperaments and health of the line. No health problems have popped up as of yet. I am still in the works with this line.

  • Marble Line!

This line was started in 2025. We are only on the 2nd gene of this line. This line will be worked on slowly. We have a few females to pair back to my male, and will be keeping back the ones we feel will better fit the breeding program. We will be watching this line very carefully.

  • Silver Cinnamon / Agouti

Just got this line, bought a few females who was already pregnant. and they both mostly had agouti and albino babies, Which was a shock to me. Might keep back an agouti male to see where it may go with his mother, The agouti turned out really nicely dark. Working in progress! Bare with me please.

Silvermane
This one right here popped up out of no where. Turns out one of the "silver cinnamon's was really a silvermane. And well she had a son who is also a silvermane. And this honestly is the coolest thing ever. So yes we will be working on silvermane.

Double Rex
New/old kind of line. This was a line that came from a Rattery we use to work with. She had some of my old rats from a few years ago. And now we have some great grand kids from that line. Cant wait to move forward with them.

Hairless
Everyone is ready for this line. But, truth be told it is going to be a few years before I will be ready to let it go. So, please bare with us as we try our best to mare sure they are healthy and that no tumors are in the line. If anything pops up in the year or so to come as we go with this line then I will breed for everyone. But, like I said THIS LINE WILL NOT BE OUT TO ANYONE FOR A FEW YEARS!!
